Cancelling an order or part of an order
- Go the Acquisitions section in the main menu, select the Orders tab and choose Order lines in the drop-down menu.
Here you have three options: - You can cancel many order lines in one go by checking all or a selection of boxes in front of each line, and then click on the button Cancel order line .

You can cancel single order lines by choosing Cancel order line from the context menu of the order line.
- You can also click the row with the order to open the order details, and then select to cancel individual order items.
- Add a comment (mandatory), and confirm your action.
A cancelled order will get the status Cancelled. Hover over the word Cancelled to show when the order was cancelled and by whom.
When you cancel an order, already delivered items will not be affected.
